We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned, and you may need to return or exchange a product. We're here to make that process as easy and straightforward as possible.

Our returns and exchanges policy is designed to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and have a positive shopping experience with us.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Note, to guarantee the highest standards for all of our customers, all underwear sales are final.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. We'll provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

If you're returning an item for a refund, we'll credit the original form of payment once we receive the item and verify that it meets our return policy criteria. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

If you're exchanging an item, we'll ship the replacement item to you once we receive the original item and verify that it meets our return policy criteria.

Please note that we do not refund shipping charges, and you'll be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. 

In the instance where no shipping was initially charged due to our offering complimentary free shipping on your purchase, the returnee will be refunded the cost of the items minus the shipping costs initially incurred by Doggy Style.

All refunds and exchanges are subject to a restocking/processing fee of 10% of the original order total.

We take pride in the quality of our products, and we stand behind them 100%. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately, and we'll do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
